Hywel began his career in production and project management first with Anglo-American Corporation and then with Cap Gemini (Hoskyns) during the 1980s.

Since 1990 Hywel has specialised in helping organisations, teams and individuals with learning and development needs and goals. He has lived in Germany, Singapore and Belgium over the last 18 years and brings a results-focused, performance-driven mindset to his learning solutions.

As Managing Director of businessfruit bvba, based in Belgium, Hywel specialises in communication, team and leadership coaching and training.

Hywel works extensively across Europe; three examples of recent assignments follow. He has recently worked with Fulcra International in Brussels, the market leading financial advisors to the expatriate community in Belgium, to coach their staff in sales performance.

Hywel is also on the training team at the top business school INSEAD near Paris (no 6 in Financial Times global MBA rankings) and runs a range of programmes in INSEAD’s course portfolio.

Recently he has contributed to the training curriculum at the Scottish Enterprise Board, co-facilitating an ‘Exercising Influence’ programme at the Glasgow office.
