Dominic is based in the Netherlands and works as an executive coach for top executives at Nuon NV. (Holland’s largest energy provider).
He was responsible for designing, creating & implementing a system to build, train, manage and sustain Nuon’s first in-house direct sales team.
He is an authorized facilitator for IOWEU's Better Buyer Relationships™ and brings over 20 years of global sales, teambuilding and management experience to the group.
Dominic began his career in Sydney Australia in 1987 as Regional Marketing Manager for Cobra Group Pty Ltd.He personally recruited trained and developed 50 managers running 2500 Salespeople throughout Australia, New Zealand and Indonesia.
In 1993, Dominic moved to London, England as Vice President of Cobra Group PLC.He built 40 new company directors another 1500 salespeople. He was also responsible for opening Denmark, Uganda, Kenya and Netherlands for the group.
Arriving in Amsterdam, Netherlands in 1999 Dominic pioneered a Professional Fundraising Division to raise funds for charities such as Save the Children, Greenpeace, Habitat for Humanity and World Vision.
Dominic has extensive knowledge in Sales and Marketing selling products and services on behalf of Orange, Vodaphone, Mobistar, Telenet, ADT, American Express, Culligan, N-Power, Nuon, Casema, UPC, Wegener Newsgroup, & KPN.
He is a Certified Master Coach (Institute of Behavioural Coaching).
