Linda is a chartered psychologist who has worked in Leadership and Management development for the past 10 years.She is an experienced facilitator and coach.Her clients include PricewaterhouseCoopers, National Grid, Barclays, Chevron, BP, PGS and Department for Transport.

Her roles have included:

  • Coaching senior partners through FTSE 100 proposal.
  • Designing and running skills development events in consultative sales, influencing, consulting, time-management and communication skills

Michelle Brailsford is a facilitator who specializes in cultivating fully functioning robust teams and bringing out the best in leaders at all levels of the organization.  She works with Teams and Leaders to drive results by developing authentic and productive work relationships. 

She worked in the private sector for 15 years in consulting, training and development and change management functions before co-founding Jupiter Consulting, an international organizational development firm.   Previously, Michelle worked as an executive search consultant before embarking on a twelve year career at MCI Telecommunications that included the following roles: Human Resource Advisor & Manager, Trainer, Training Manager and Organisational Change Consultant. 

Michelle holds an undergraduate degree in business and a Masters Degree in Organisational Behavour.  She is a licensed MBTI® practitioner, certified to use the 5 Dynamics web-based suite of coaching tools and one of a cadre of international facilitators offering cutting edge programmes that include include Survival of The Savvy: Avoiding Your Political Blind Spots and The IOWEU approach to Better Buyer Relationships™.  She is committed to lifelong learning and is currently exploring the new field of Neuroleadership, the integration of neuroscience into the business world.

She operates by listening to her intuition (which is usually right on target!), simplifying complex issues, and working collaboratively to bring creative, fun and pragmatic solutions to the table. 

She has experience working in the telecommunications, media, and new media industries as well as having worked with technology and professional services firms.  Michelle has lived in the US, Europe and the UK.

Gina has been working in the people and leadership development arena for the past 18 years.She divides her time between her businesses in the UK and South Africa.Her background is in psychometric testing and profiling, counselling psychology, and corporate leadership development.She focuses on facilitation, coaching, consulting, team development and cultural change within organisations.

In the last decade Gina spent four years as an internal development consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the UK and across Central and Eastern Europe.She is presently a Director of Sphere Consulting Services, which she set up in 2002 and which has delivered people development solutions in the UK, South Africa, Poland, Russia, Dubai, Belgium and France.Sphere’s workshops on Leading Change and Influencing Skills have been successfully implemented in Africa and the US.

Gina’s primary clients include professional services firms, energy sector clients, engineering and design firms and public sector organisations.In the banking sector she has worked with teams within Barclays to increase their effectiveness.

Her particular passions are for dialogue and powerful conversations, developing strong, differentiated relationships with clients, and increasing cohesion in teams.She enjoys encouraging authentic communication and relationships within the workplace.In coaching, her strengths are working with coachees to discard limiting belief patterns that block confidence and effectiveness, and realise the individual’s full potential

Matthew has been working in the field of sales, account management and relationship development for the last 20 years and his work is focused on enabling individuals, teams and organisations to change - improving and transforming their performance.

He spent the last nine years working for KPMG and for part of this time was responsible for sales training.

Matthew has worked with a wide range of leaders over the last decade and has a particular expertise in enabling them to convert change efforts into tangible results.

He spent two of the last four years leading a pitching skills and relationship development programme with the top two tiers of leaders in KPMG Corporate Finance, which focused on breaking through to new levels of personal and organisational performance. The Board attributed part of the 29% growth in income to the work of this programme.

Matthew‘s primary experience is in financial services and professional services/ investment banking. He also has experience in the following sectors: automotive, construction, utilities, retail and manufacturing.

Julia has worked in the training and organisational development field for 13 years both within organisations and, since 2001, as an independent consultant.

Julia began her career with Ernst and Young training as a Chartered Accountant in the Banking and Capital Markets Assurance practice before becoming a Financial Controller for Yellowhammer, a UK advertising agency, in 1990.

Julia became Head of UK Tax Training and Development at Coopers&Lybrand in 1996 managing delivery of a diverse suite of development programmes for 2,500 UK Tax partners and staff. She also worked in senior roles leading large development teams within PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Julia’s primary industry expertise is with accounting firms and financial services, but she has also worked with clients in the IT, distribution and wine sectors.

Paul has worked as a successful Organisational Development and Learning consultant for over 12 years. He previously worked as a Change and Process consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers; as a Sales and Marketing Manager for Courtaulds; as an international Banker for HSBC and as an Officer in the Royal Navy.

Paul has worked extensively across many industry sectors, including Financial Services, in a consulting and development capacity. Most recently, he has provided development support and held long term coaching relationships with Operational Leaders and their teams at Legal & General. He has also designed and facilitated executive learning activities for GE Money and Gresham Private Equity.

Other recent clients include Britvic, Ford (UK), PricewaterhouseCoopers, Aggreko, Punch Taverns, Deloitte CIS (Russia), Simmons and Simmons.

Alex is a highly experienced development consultant, coach and facilitator.  He graduated from Exeter University with an MSc in Economic and Social History.  After a short spell in accountancy and then the recruitment industry he started 18 years experience in Human Resources and Organisational Development; 2 years at Banque Indosuez, 6 years with the pensions and actuarial arm of the Sedgwick Group; and 10 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Alex is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a graduate of People Development Inc. Self mastery programme. Alex’s primary industry experience is with professional services but he has also worked in education, public sector health services and energy distribution. His current clients include:
