Michelle Brailsford is a facilitator who specializes in cultivating fully functioning robust teams and bringing out the best in leaders at all levels of the organization. She works with Teams and Leaders to drive results by developing authentic and productive work relationships.
She worked in the private sector for 15 years in consulting, training and development and change management functions before co-founding Jupiter Consulting, an international organizational development firm. Previously, Michelle worked as an executive search consultant before embarking on a twelve year career at MCI Telecommunications that included the following roles: Human Resource Advisor & Manager, Trainer, Training Manager and Organisational Change Consultant.
Michelle holds an undergraduate degree in business and a Masters Degree in Organisational Behavour. She is a licensed MBTI® practitioner, certified to use the 5 Dynamics web-based suite of coaching tools and one of a cadre of international facilitators offering cutting edge programmes that include include Survival of The Savvy: Avoiding Your Political Blind Spots and the IOWEU approach to Better Buyer Relationships™. She is committed to lifelong learning and is currently exploring the new field of Neuroleadership, the integration of neuroscience into the business world.

For over two decades, Mary Ann has forged solid partnerships with clients striving to strengthen those relationships on which their success depends. She brings both keen analytical and insightful facilitation skills to her work in assessment and coaching, and team, leadership and organization development. She partners with leaders and teams to assess business needs and to design, develop, and implement practical ways to promote organizational effectiveness and achieve bottom-line results. Previously Mary Ann served as Senior Consultant for a multi-national consulting firm where her responsibilities ranged from the creation of competency models for clients to the facilitation of a broad range of leadership development programs. She spent several years as an account executive and manager at a premier boutique training firm where she hired, managed, and developed a cadre of highly skilled facilitators, and served as a subject matter expert in the design of interpersonal and facilitation skills training programs. Mary Ann has a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the University of California at Berkeley where she also earned her Masters in Adult Education. She did her undergraduate work at Holy Cross College in Worcester, MA. Mary Ann has consulted across a broad range of industries in the United States and abroad. She has worked with diverse groups in the telecommunications, financial services, biotech, health care, high tech, utility, publishing, food, and retail industries. Recent clients have included Autodesk, Birkenstock, Genentech, and Wells Fargo.

Holly began her career with MCI Telecommunications where she held management and training positions in sales and service.She won the Circle of Excellence award by developing and delivering a sales program that increased sales by 32% within three weeks at MCI’s Call Center.
She holds a BA in Communication/Public Address, and is currently pursuing a MS in Human Relations/Business.

Clark’s experience spans some twenty five years and he has worked in a variety of industries including steel manufacturing, printing, consulting, and telecommunications. His experience includes work in all aspects of Human Resources with an emphasis in organizational development programs which linked individual growth with corporate success.
Clark has developed Human Resources departments into corporate resources for start-up companies where he provided his expertise in the establishment of overseas offices for those companies. He has also been responsible for both U.S. domestic and international HR operations, including Canada, France, England, and Australia. As a lead member of merger and acquisition teams, he helped complete and manage seamless employment transitions of six acquisitions. A self-avowed coffee addict, Clark took a recent one-year hiatus from his Human Resources roles and served as a retail store manager for the nation’s largest coffee retailer. He successfully increased all aspects of store operations including double-digit growth in both year-over-year store sales and customer growth. While at the store location he was responsible for all P&L activities, hiring, training, and customer service. Clark is a graduate of the California State University in Los Angeles. He currently resides in the suburbs of Washington, D.C. but has enjoyed living in Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, and Portland, OR.

Brad brings over 12 years of consulting, facilitating and teaching and teaching experience to the table. He has held senior level positions in consulting, and in managing sales and customer service with MCI, Kinko’s Corporate and Toyota. In addition, he has lived in several countries, honing his cultural diversity skills and is proficient in the Spanish and French languages. Brad prides himself on his ability to listen to his clients and uncover the base needs to provide the optimal approach to helping the client’s overall success.
Brad earned his masters’ degrees in Management and Human Resources Development. He holds over 15 nationally and internationally recognized professional certifications. He has worked in the telecommunication, sales, service and manufacturing industries.
In his spare time, you can find him on the ski slopes of Colorado, in the park with his two dogs, traveling to various countries or having dinner with friends. Brad is highly energetic and loves to learn as much as he can from every interaction with the people brought into his life.
