David is one of the co-authors of Smarter Selling. Having spent over 20 years in consulting, training and business development, David now runs IOWEU International Limited with Keith Dugdale.
David began his career with Coopers & Lybrand in the UK, before becoming a Director of TraQs Consulting, a UK-based corporate communications firm, in 1990. In 1995, he moved to Hong Kong and joined PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where he held positions as Business Development Director, Marketing and Communications Director and, finally, Head of the PricewaterhouseCoopers Leadership Academy.
David holds a first degree in Economics and a master’s degree in Training and Human Resource Management. He is accredited in I Owe U®, Think on Your Feet®, Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI)™ and the Octagon™ behavioural instrument. David's primary industry expertise is with legal and accounting firms, but he has also worked with clients in the sports, financial services, media, transport and manufacturing sectors.
Based in Hong Kong, David divides his time between Europe and Asia, speaking at conferences and in-house seminars, coaching and consulting to senior executives, facilitating strategy meetings and delivering training workshops.

Philip Lai is based in Shanghai. He is a seasoned talent management consultant who works with various Fortune 100 companies in the region, including BASF, Bayer, Colgate Palmolive, GE , PingAn Insurance, Tetrapak, Wacker, Walt Disney, etc.
He has held senior management positions in a number of world-class organizations (Digital Equipment Corp., Oracle Corp. and General Electric Company) in the capacity of HR Management, Organization Development and Talent Management. His last corporate position was with Personnel Decisions International (PDI), a premium leadership development consultancy as Senior Consultant in PDI’s Shanghai Office.
Philip is a dynamic facilitator / trainer. and is certified in MBTI, DisC, and IOWEU. He was voted one of the “Top Ten HR Consultants in China” in 2004 and is the 2001 Hong Kong Champion of Public Speaking.
Philip holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. He also has a post-graduate certificate in management.

A certified IOWEU facilitator, Adam previously worked as the Deputy GM in Happier Management Consulting Ltd., Senior Manager in the flagship store of Ermenegildo Zegna, GM of the Kings’ Club in Wider-Tera, and Senior Operations Manager in Studio City Cinemas.
He has served clients including: MSD, Canon (China), Intel (China), Motorola, Xian-Janssen, Vantage, Alibaba, Beijing University.
