David has 26 years of sales, sales management and people development experience.Before establishing a consulting and training business in South East Asia in 2001, he held several senior sales management positions in the Banking & Finance sector in the UK, including time with RBS and Barclays Group.
In the past 7 years, he has managed and built a highly successful consulting and training business, renowned for delivering dynamic, engaging and impactful solutions for global businesses that have a strong presence in Asia.
In that time, he has personally led, managed and implemented over 50 training and development projects with key clients in Asia, The Middle East, and in the UK.
The bulk of these projects have focused on the development of leadership competence; senior and middle management skills; front-line sales and sales management skills.In the past 3 years, David has dedicated a lot of his professional time consulting with and training senior business managers on the concepts, tools and processes of implementing strategic sales and marketing change through the principles of ‘Blue Ocean Strategy’.
