The Continuous Development Support (CDS) tool enables post training review and coaching on the application of key learnings. This web-based tool connects participants to coaches / faciltators / colleagues and project sponsors regardless of location and facilitates ongoing support and monitoring of application.
It allows input and review of information including:
- understanding of new learning
- application of new learning
- impact on customer relationships
- impact on revenue
Tasks within CDS can be amended to meet the specific requirements of individual client groups within larger client organisations.
